If you are struggling to gain access to your account or you need to update your password, please follow the steps below:
• Go to the club website you are signed up with
• Click on the sign-in link
• Click the forgot password link
• Input the email address you used to create your account and click “Reset Password"
An email will be sent to you to reset the password - please make sure you check your spam folder.
Note that should you enter your password incorrectly three times, you will be locked out of the account and should contact the customer service team for assistance via email@example.com or by using the live chat tool at the bottom right-hand side of your club’s website.
