Season Ticket Holder Troubleshooting

Since the start of the 20/21 season, while access to live matches for supporters has been restricted, all Clubs had the opportunity to grant their season ticket holders access to eligible fixtures via iFollow (or equivalent service). This included all home fixtures for ALL CLUBS and away midweek matches for CHAMPIONSHIP CLUBS ONLY. Up until the end of October 2020, season ticket holders had been provided with match by match promotional codes to redeem ahead of every eligible fixture, however, for the majority of Clubs this process has now changed to allow season ticket holders to simply login and watch matches without the need to redeem a code. However there remains a number of Clubs who are still providing individual match by match codes and therefore this FAQ section provides answers to a range of frequently asked questions to assist all season ticket holders.
